The slowest check-in process. Then, I still have time waiting for 5 minutes to 15 minutes so someone can check me in to see the vehicle. No Communication Between employees. Who Is check in customer. The other American tires I've been to. They check you in and walk with you to check in the vehicle at the same time. The process here is backward and takes a lot of time. The storm manager has to re organism store.

Been here numerous times for free air check & I have to say my experience has been wonderful. I wish I can remember the names of all personnels who have assisted me but I want to take this time to thank & applaud them for their genuine assistance. Also today I was assisted by Justin & he made sure everything is good with my tires. He went the extra mile & made sure my windshield wipers are in good condition since we are having a wet week. What a great service! Gbu all!.

Once upon a time, I'd have left a 5-star review. But, I have been going long enough to witness a pattern that, statistically, is impossible to occur as often as it does. They offer free patch repair for tires purchased, but nearly EVERY time I bring a tire in leaking air, they find an excuse that the tire cannot be repaired (nail is too close to the edge of the tire, two holes next to each other, and on and on). If that happened once or twice, maybe, but in all the years I have been going... nearly every time ... no way. This last time, was the last straw. I carefully checked my tire before I went in and found a nail dead center. Then, they called me and suggested there were two holes next to each other. Definitely not, I checked it very carefully because I know what they'll try and do. Still, from experience, I was not surprised. I am done with them.

I am an uber driver and my rider was with me on this visit to this location. I didnt know I had a nail in my left rear tire. And the tire pressure was very low. The dealer usually charges a lot of money for this repair, but this place is cheaper and faster! I was in a way to drop my rider but didnt take the risk and search for near tire shop. I am so glad i found this place... I pulled upto the station. I walked in and explained my issue to Justin. Justin immediately came outside with me, point out the nail and put the car on system. In about 20 minutes detach my tire and later the tire was patched and re-inflated quickly. This shop is super efficient. I am so glad i came to this shop and spoke to Justin. Justin is amazing, polite, personable and fast. I wish this location was near my hometown. Overall great experience and thanks for hiring Justin and other awesome staff

The counter staff don't even acknowledge you on arrival. Stood in front of one staffer while he took four consecutive phone enquiries while ignoring me. Checked in ten minutes early for an appointment to rebalance new tires they fitted and did not balanced correctly. Waited in my car one hour before another staffer came out to "check me in." Waited another 30 minutes before A very nice starter, Gabriel, came out, recognized me and went to see what the issue was. They'd checked me in as a walk in rather than someone with a reservation. Finally had the tires balanced and the staffer who handed me my keys said, " don't know who balanced your tires but they were all over the place." Assistant manager Luis finally resolved my issues. Thank you. He and Gabriel need promotions. The rest of the staff need firing. The manager needs to get his, and his store's act together. It's a nightmare.
